Events taking place at Clearview and High Plains library districts, Loveland Public Library

The High Plains and Clearview library districts as well as the Loveland Public Library offer a variety of programs and activities for all ages.

Check out this list of library events for the week of June 10-16.

Teens ages 12-18 are invited to register for Dungeons and Dragons at noon Saturday at the library, 720 Third St., Windsor. The program will teach participants the rules and strategies of the game, character development and more. Registration is required to attend. For more information, go to https://bit.ly/3qxi2jf.

Dementia Together: Game On! is scheduled for 1 p.m. Monday in the Pikes Peak room at the library, 720 Third St. The program, open to all ages, will feature games and interactive activities for those living with dementia and their care partners. Pick up some new reading materials at the bookmobile when it makes a stop at 3 p.m. Monday at Harmony Ridge, 36181 Kingswood Drive in Windsor. All ages are welcome to come and see what the bookmobile has to offer.

Getting Crafty is set for 3:15 p.m. Tuesday at the library, 720 Third St., Windsor. The program, open to kids ages 6-12, will teach them about vexillology, or the study of flags. Participants will be able to make their own flag to take home. Registration is required and can be done by going to https://bit.ly/3MuUFOu.

The bookmobile is scheduled to make a stop at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at the 55 Resort Apartments at Water Valley, 500 Apex Drive, Windsor. All ages are invited to come and see what the bookmobile has to offer.

The Windsor Family STEAM Hour will take place at 4 p.m. Wednesday on the front lawn of Grandview Elementary School, 1583 Grand Ave., Windsor with activities, tech toys and more for families to explore. Registration is not required to attend. For more information, go to https://bit.ly/3CiC7wm.

Clearly Creative: Adult Creative Writing Club will be meeting at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Longs Peak room at the library, 720 Third St. The group, open to adults age 18 and older, will practice creative writing skills and share their work, as well as provide tips and tricks for the writing process. All ages are invited to come check out the bookmobile when it makes a stop at 3 p.m. Thursday at Longview Park, 1805 106th Ave., Greeley.

Teen Craft-A-Thon is set for 6 p.m. Thursday at the west side shelter of Main Community Park at 300 Locust St., Windsor. Teens ages 12-18 will meet with master gardener Eric to learn about herbs and how they enhance cooking. Participants will be able to plant their own herbs and learn how to take care of it. The Windsor Grind Skateboard and Scooter Competition is set for 1 p.m. Friday at Eastman Park Skate Park, 7025 Eastman Park Drive, Windsor. The competition invites kids ages 9-18 to come and throw down their best tricks and stunts for a chance to win prizes. Registration is required to participate in the competition. Piecing It Together is scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday at the Kersey Library, 332 Third St. The event is open to children of all ages and will allow them to create their own puzzle that will be displayed at the library. Light Fantastic will take place at 2 p.m. Saturday at the LINC Library, 501 Eighth Ave., Greeley. All ages are invited to come and learn about the different forms of light through an interactive program. Registration is not required to attend. For more information, contact David at (888) 861-7323.

PopUp at Balsam Park is set for 11 a.m. Sunday at 2437 Balsam Ave., Greeley. The event invites all ages to come and enjoy refreshments and a fun game of soccer. Registration is not required to attend. For more information, contact Angela A. at (888) 861-7323.

The bookmobile is scheduled to make a stop at 4 p.m. Monday at Cave Creek Homes, 3400 Sagebrush Blvd., Evans. All ages are welcome to come and see what the bookmobile has to offer.

Centennial Park PAWS to Read is set for 6:30 p.m. Monday at the Centennial Park Library, 2227 23rd Ave., Greeley. The program pairs youngsters with a licensed therapy dog and its owner to practice literacy skills. Registration is required and can be done by going to https://bit.ly/3oJ8i4Z.

Farr Tales for Tots Storytime will take place at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Farr Regional Library, 1939 61st Ave., Greeley. The program, designed for children ages 18-months to three years and their caregivers, will include stories, songs, plays and more that develop early literacy skills. Baby Sensory Day: Explore Together is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Riverside Library and Cultural Center, 3700 Golden St., Evans. The program will feature different activities for babies and toddlers such as water play, sidewalk chalk and exploring different textures. Registration is not required to attend. The Ann Lincoln Foam Party will kick off at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Riverside Library and Cultural Center, 3700 Golden St., Evans with a giant dance party and bubble bath. All ages are welcome to attend and registration is not required. For more information, contact Ellen at (888) 861-7323.

Storytime at Home will take place at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday via GoToMeeting. The program is geared toward children ages 3 and older and will feature books, songs and rhymes from the comfort of home. STEM at the Pines is set for 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Pines Apartments, 2162 30th St., Greeley. Finders Seekers STEAM Storytime will take place at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the Centennial Park Library, 2227 23rd Ave., Greeley. The program is designed for preschoolers and their caregivers and will include books, songs and hands-on STEAM activities. Opps, They Made Me Ink! is set for 4 p.m. Thursday at the Riverside Library and Cultural Center, 3700 Golden St., Evans. The program invites teens ages 12-18 to come and learn about the history of body art as well as create some of their own works. Brave Hearts will take place at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Farr Regional Library, 1939 61st St., Greeley. The event will begin with a story about bravery and follow with the making of "brave hearts and masks." The Bob Hall of Kusogea Nobi Drum Ensemble are scheduled to perform at 11 a.m. Friday at the Farr Regional Library, 1939 61st St., Greeley. Adobe Photoshop: Correct and Enhance Your Photos Part 2 will take place at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the iLearn Classroom at the library, 300 N. Adams Ave. The class will teach attendees how to fix scratches and imperfections in their photos. The class is open to teens and adults and registration is required. Join the library for Preschool Storytime at 10 a.m. Tuesday on the lawn of the library at 300 N. Adams Ave. The program is designed for children ages 3-5 years and their caregivers and will include books, songs and activities that help build early literacy skills. Join CSU Master Gardeners for Native Colorado Pollinators at noon Wednesday online. The program will teach viewers about the different native plants that help support the pollinator population in Colorado. All ages are welcome to view the program and registration is required. 3D Printing CAD Design at OtterBox and Intro on OnShape will take place at 1 p.m. Thursday in the iLearn Classroom at the library, 300 N. Adams Ave. The program, open to teens and adults, will teach participants about how CAD development is used by OtterBox engineers and designers. Attendees will also learn how they can use basic CAD for themselves through OnShape. Registration is required to attend and can be done by going to https://bit.ly/3CeL4qv.

Y is for Yoga Storytime is scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday on the lawn of the library, 300 N. Adams Ave. The program invites caregivers of children ages 3-6 years to come and enjoy books, songs, rhymes and yoga stretches for a fun morning. All ages are invited to visit the Makerspace Open House at 2 p.m. Friday at the library, 300 N.
